Open a position and click on the step to which you would like to add an interviewer. Select “Add participant” and choose the name of your teammate.
Or, manually add an email address to invite someone who is not an active Comeet user.
Interviewer role can be assigned to a teammate only by adding them to an Interview step (not by changing their role in the hiring team settings)
You will be able to invite the interviewers who are not active Comeet users to the workflow only if you hold an Owner/Admin role in the system.
In case your company uses third-party SSO management and the interviewer you'd like to invite is from outside your company — a temporary user with company's email needs to be created for them.
