The Hires overview report helps you better understand how effectively the recruiting team managed successfully concluded hiring processes and the duration of these processes for a selected time period. The period filter is based on the date on which the candidate was hired.

With this report you can:

  • Review the total number of hires made within a selected time period in order to recognize and evaluate the accomplishments of the recruiting team

  • Examine the time-to-hire metric to assess the effectiveness and pace of successfully concluded hiring processes

  • Examine the apply-to-hire metric to inquire how effective the recruiting team operates once the right candidate has been found

  • Investigate the ups and downs in the number of hires as well as the time-to-hire and apply-to-hire metrics over time in order to identify periods of considerable trend changes and inquire what caused such shifts

  • Slice the number of hires as well as the aforementioned metrics by various criteria in order to explore the extent to which the company’s hiring goals were met on a more granular level

  • KPIs - get a quick glance at key metrics relating to successfully concluded hiring processes

  • Hire trends - identify trends for hires over time

  • Hire summary - slice and analyze aggregated data relating to hired candidates by selected criteria

  • Hired candidates - review a detailed list of all hired candidates

By default this section displays data taken from the current month, featuring the following metrics:

  • Hired candidates - the total number of candidates that were hired within the selected time period

  • Average & median time to hire (TTH) - ****the average & median number of days it took to hire candidates from the date on which the openings were opened until their hire date

  • Average & median apply to hire (ATH) - ****the average & median number of days it took to hire candidates from the candidates’ application date until their hire date

  • Average & median time to onboard (TTO) - ****the average & median number of days it took to hire candidates from the date on which the openings were opened until the candidates’ start date

Hire trend

The Hire trend chart enables you to identify and highlight trend patterns by various time intervals, featuring the following values:

  • Total hires

  • Average time to hire (TTH)

  • Average time to hire (ATH)

  • Average time to onboard (TTO)

By observing trend shifts in the number of hires, TTH, ATH, and TTO you can investigate the causes for such shifts, learn from them, and improve your hiring process accordingly.

Hire summary

The Hire Summary table provides aggregated data of hired candidates by the following values:

  • Hires

  • Average ATH (in days)

  • Average TTH (in days)

  • Average TTO (in days)

You can slice the data by the default and custom position fields, along with additional categories such as source, source type, opening reason and many more.

The Hired candidates details table features the default and custom position fields along with additional data points such as apply-to-hire, time-to-hire, application date, hire date, and many more.

Note: If the candidate is protected by privacy & data retention settings, their name might appear as (candidate removed).
