The Marketing campaigns report helps you better understand the volume and quality of candidates that were sourced through marketing campaigns. The period filter is based on the date on which candidates applied or were added.
With this report you can:
Review the volume of applications generated from marketing campaigns and their percentage out of the total number of applications in order to understand the effectiveness of campaigns that aimed to boost the number of inbound candidates
Evaluate the quality of candidates sourced through marketing campaigns in order to identify which campaigns were most successful and investigate the contributing factors to such success
Analyze the ups and downs in the number of applications generated by marketing campaigns over time in order to identify periods of considerable trend changes and understand what caused such shifts
Slice the data of applications generated through marketing campaigns by various criteria in order to explore and investigate, for instance, which positions, departments, or locations benefited greatly from marketing campaigns and which less so
Drill down and focus on a specific marketing campaign in order to assess the ROI of that campaign

Duplicates removed - the total number of candidates who applied or were added to the system within the selected time period, but who were marked as duplicates
Duplications % - the percentage of candidates that were marked as duplicates out of all the candidates who were added to the system within the selected time period
Applied candidates - the total number of candidates who applied or were added to the system within the selected time period and were not marked as duplicates
Qualified candidates - the total number of candidates who applied or were added to the system within the selected time period and passed the initial screening step
Qualified % - the percentage of candidates who passed the initial screening step out of all the candidates who applied or were added to the system within the selected time period
Reached the Advanced Interviews stage - the total number of candidates who applied or were added to the system within the selected time period and reached the Advanced Interviews stage
Reached the Offer stage - the total number of candidates who applied or were added to the system within the selected time period and reached the Offer stage
Hires - the total number of candidates who applied or were added to the system within the selected time period and were hired
Candidates in progress - the total number of candidates who applied or were added to the system within the selected time period and are currently in a hiring process, at any stage or step
You can slice the data by selected criteria, including the default and custom position fields along with additional relevant fields such as UTM source, UTM medium, UTM campaign, and many more.
