The Offers overview report helps you monitor offers that are still pending, and review the offer acceptance ratio of hiring processes that have been concluded. The period filter is based on the date on which the offer was extended to the candidate.

With this report you can:

  • Review the volume of offers sent and their acceptance ratio within a selected time period in order to better understand how many of the offers extended by your company have been accepted

  • Monitor offers that have been sent to candidates and are still pending in order to check whether the offer processes concluded without delay

  • Analyze the ups and downs in the number of offers extended and acceptance ratio over time in order to identify periods of considerable trend changes and analyze what caused such shifts

  • Slice the extended offer data, including offers sent, accepted, and declined according to selected criteria in order to recognize and investigate the areas in which extended offers were most, as well as least, successful

  • Examine the data at the candidate level in order to identify the reason(s) for withdrawals at the Offer stage

The report is divided into these sections:

  • KPIs- get a quick glance at metrics relating to extended offers

  • Offers trend - identify trends for extended offers over time

  • Offer acceptance summary - slice and analyze aggregated data relating to extended offers by selected criteria

  • Offers sent details - review a detailed list of extended offers with data points such as ‘Offer sent date’, ‘Candidate status’, ‘Days in process’, and many more

KPIs

The KPIs section of this report enables you to quickly evaluate your metrics, appearing similar to the following:

By default this section displays data taken from the current month, displaying the:

  • Candidates currently in the Offer stage - the total number of candidates in a hiring process that are currently in the Offer stage

  • Offers sent - the total number of candidates that received an offer within the selected time period

  • Offers accepted - the total number of candidates that received an offer within in the selected time period and decided to accept it

  • Offers pending reply - the total number of candidates that received an offer within the selected time period but have not made a decision yet

  • Offers declined - the total number of candidates that received an offer within the selected time period but decided to decline

  • Acceptance ratio - the percentage of candidates who accepted the offer they received out of the total number of offers sent within the selected time period

Offers trend

The Offers trend chart enables you to identify and highlight trend patterns by various time intervals, featuring the following values:

  • Offers sent

  • Offers pending reply

  • offers accepted

  • Offers declined

  • Acceptance ratio

By observing trend shifts in the number of sent, accepted, and declined offers, as well as the acceptance ratio, you can investigate the causes for such shifts, learn from them, and improve your hiring process accordingly.

The Offer acceptance summary table provides aggregated data of extend offers by the following values:

  • Offers sent

  • Offers pending reply

  • Offers accepted

  • Offers declined

  • Offers revoked - the total number of candidates that received an offer that was retracted by the company

  • Acceptance ratio

You can slice the data by selected criteria, including the default and custom position fields, along with additional categories such as source, source type, and many more.
