The Management dashboard report helps you identify on a high-level which on-going hiring processes are on-track and which are delayed.

With this report you can:

  • Review the total number of currently open positions as well as openings in order to obtain a high-level understanding of the workload managed by the recruiting team

  • Examine the start date of newly hired employees in order to maintain continuous communication and plan the necessary logistic and administrative preparations to ensure a successful onboarding process

  • Monitor the volume and percentage of delayed openings, i.e. openings whose expected hire date has passed, in order to assess the extent to which your company would reach its hiring goals

  • Slice the data on ongoing hiring processes by various criteria in order to explore and investigate which are delayed and what caused such delay

The report is divided into these sections:

  • KPIs - get a quick glance at metrics relating to ongoing hiring processes

  • Openings summary - slice and analyze aggregated data relating to on-track and delayed hiring processes by selected criteria

KPIs

The KPIs section of this report enables you to quickly evaluate your metrics, appearing similar to the following:

This section displays current data, featuring the following metrics:

  • Open positions - the total number of currently open positions

  • Open openings - the total number of currently open openings

  • Delayed open openings - the total number of open openings for which their expected hire date has passed

  • % of delayed open openings - the percentage of delayed open openings out of the total number of open openings

  • New hires - haven’t started yet - hired candidates whose first day at work is set to happen on a future date

Openings summary

The Openings summary table provides provides aggregated data relating to ongoing hiring processes by the following values:

  • Open - On track - the total number of open openings for which their expected hire date has not passed yet

  • Open - Delayed - the total number of open openings for which their expected hire date has passed

You can slice the data by selected criteria, including the default and custom position fields along with relevant additional categories such as opening reason and many more.
