The Time to hire report helps you better understand the duration of the hiring process, from the day the opening was created until the successful conclusion of the hiring process, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the hiring team. The period filter is based on the date on which the candidate was hired.
With this report you can:
Review the average, median, and maximum time-to-hire in order to better understand the effectiveness of the recruiting team
Investigate the ups and downs in the average time-to-hire over time in order to identify periods of considerable trend changes and inquire what caused such shifts
Slice the time-to-hire metric data by various criteria, for instance, position, department, location, and many others, in order to recognize and investigate instances of considerably short as well as long hiring processes
Assess the average time to hire for specific positions, departments, locations, and so forth in order to devise a hiring plan whose timeline is based on past data and experience
Examine the data at the candidate level in order to identify bottlenecks, for instance, hired candidates whose process was unusually long, and use the additional wealth of information available to understand the reason(s) for the delay
