The Team engagement report helps better understand the volume of tasks completed by the recruiting team and the pace by which these tasks were completed in a selected time period. The period filter is based on the date on which the task was completed.

With this report you can:

  • Review the volume of tasks completed and the number of hours invested in interviews in order to recognize and evaluate the efforts of the recruiting team

  • Analyze the average number of days it took to complete an interview as well as to submit an evaluation in order to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring process

  • Investigate the ups and downs in the number of tasks completed as well as the average time it took to complete tasks over time in order to identify periods of considerable trend changes and inquire what caused such shifts

  • Examine the hiring process by focusing on metrics such as pass-through rate, time-to-complete, and time-to-schedule, in order to better understand the effectiveness of the recruiting team as individuals or by selected criteria

  • Explore the data at the task level in order to identify tasks that were completed after a greater-than-expected number of day use the additional wealth of information available to understand the reason(s) for the delay

The report is divided into these sections:

  • KPIs: get a quick glance at metrics relating to the tasks completed by the recruiting team

  • Completed steps trend: identify trends for completed tasks over time

  • Completed steps summary: slice and analyze aggregated data relating to all completed steps by selected criteria

  • Completed interviews summary: slice and analyze aggregated data relating to completed interview steps by selected criteria

  • Completed steps details: review a detailed list of completed steps with data points such as ‘Assigned teammate’, ‘Date completed’, ‘Days to complete’, ‘Days to schedule’, and many more

KPIs

The KPIs section of this report enables you to quickly evaluate your metrics, appearing similar to the following:

By default the KPIs section displays data taken from the current month, displaying the following values:

  • Completed steps - the total number of tasks completed by the recruiting team

  • Time to complete a step (average) - the average number of days from the date on which a step was assigned to the candidate until the date on which the step was completed

  • Time to complete interviews (average) - the average number of days from the date on which an interview step was assigned to the candidate until the date on which the step was completed

  • Time to evaluate interviews (average) - The average number of days passed from the date on which an interview was conducted until the date on which the evaluation was submitted, i.e. the step was completed

  • Time invested in interviews - the total number of hours invested in interviews

Team engagement trend

The Team engagement trend chart enables you to identify and highlight trend patterns by various time intervals, featuring the following values:

  • Completed steps

  • Average time to complete a step (days)

  • Average time to complete interviews (days)

  • Average time to evaluate interviews (days)

  • Total time invested in interviews (hours)

By noticing trend shifts in the number of completed steps, time-to-complete, and hours invested in interviews you can investigate the causes for such shifts, learn from them, and improve your hiring process accordingly.

The Completed steps summary table provides aggregated data of all steps the recruiting team completed by the following values:

  • Completed steps

  • Average time to complete

You can slice the data by selected criteria, including the default and custom positions fields, along with relevant additional categories such as assigned teammate, step name, step type, and many more.

Completed interviews summary

The Completed interviews summary table provides aggregated data of interview steps the recruiting team completed by the following values:

  • Completed Interviews - the total number of interviews conducted by the recruiting team

  • Pass-through rate - the percentage of candidate who successfully passed the interview out of the total number of candidates who completed the interview

  • Time to complete

  • Time to schedule - the average number of days passed from the date on which an interview step was assigned to the candidate until the date on which the interview was conducted

  • Time to evaluate

  • Time invested in interviews
