The Withdrawn Candidates report helps you better understand the different stages and steps during the hiring process at which candidates withdrew their candidacy, and the reasons for their withdrawal. The period filter is based on the date on which the candidate withdrew their candidacy.

With this report you can:

  • Review the volume of candidates who withdrew their candidacy as well as their percentage out of all dispositioned candidates within a selected time period in order to assess the company’s appeal in the industry

  • Discover what were the leading reasons for which candidates withdrew their candidacy in order to devise strategies to reduce the number of withdrawals

  • Examine in which workflow step(s) candidates withdrew is greater numbers in order to identify potential bottlenecks and learn how the job description and the hiring process could be optimized

  • Investigate the ups and downs in the number of withdrawn candidates over time in order to identify periods of considerable trend changes and inquire what caused such shifts

  • Slice the number of withdrawn candidates by various criteria in order to explore withdrawn candidates’ data on a more granular level

Note: If the candidate is protected by privacy & data retention settings, their name might appear as “(candidate removed)”.
