The Team workload report helps you better understand the volume of pending tasks and the distribution of the workload among the hiring team.
With this report you can:
Review the total number of pending tasks by type and stage in order to ensure that all hiring processes continue smoothly and without delay
Explore a ****detailed list of scheduled as well as unscheduled interviews in order to ensure that there are no scheduling conflicts and to see that candidates do not wait too long until an interview is scheduled
Analyze the volume of pending tasks by selected criteria in order to better understand the distribution of the workload among members of the recruiting team
Understand which interviews that have been conducted are still in want of an evaluation in order to encourage your teammates to submit their final decision
Examine the data at the task level in order to identify bottlenecks and use the additional wealth of information available to understand the reason(s) for the delay
The report is divided into these sections:
KPIs - get a quick glance at metrics relating to the current workload of the recruiting team
Pending tasks summary - slice and analyze aggregated data relating to the recruiting team’s workload by selected criteria
Pending tasks details - review a detailed list of pending tasks with data points such as ‘Assigned teammate’, ‘Candidate’, ‘Days in current step’, and many more

Pending tasks: Assessment stage - the total number of pending tasks that are in the Assessment stage

You can slice the data by selected criteria, including the default and custom position fields, along with relevant additional categories such as ‘Assigned teammate’, ‘Source’, ‘Source type’, and many more.
