Synced data between Recruit and LinkedIn
Data can sync both ways—from Recruit to LinkedIn and from LinkedIn to Recruit.
Shared from Recruit to LinkedIn
When you post a position through the RSC integration, Recruit shares the following candidate and position details with LinkedIn:
Candidate fields
Candidate’s application ID
Person’s ID
Candidate’s creation date
Candidate’s last updated date
Position ID
Position name
Candidate’s email address
Candidate’s first name
Candidate’s last name
Candidate’s source
Candidate’s status (in progress, on hold, hired, rejected, declined, awaiting decision). If rejected or declined, the rejection reason is also shared.

Position description (including public custom fields)
System-generated job ID
Experience level
Employment type
Company name
Position creation date
Application URL
Posting location
Workplace type (on-site, hybrid, remote)
LinkedIn company page URL
Position requirements
Lead recruiter’s email address
Lead recruiter’s first and last name

Not shared:
Interview feedback

Shared from LinkedIn to Recruit
Candidates (when manually exported)
Candidate contact details (if shared via LinkedIn Recruiter)
InMails and notes (only those set to "Anyone in my organization" visibility in LinkedIn Recruiter)
Data deletion
Data shared between LinkedIn and Recruit is removed in the following cases:
If a candidate deletes their LinkedIn account: InMail messages and notes imported to Recruit are deleted within 30 days.
If a candidate is deleted from Recruit:
Any data synced from Recruit to LinkedIn is deleted.
InMails and notes imported from LinkedIn are also deleted.
If the candidate is later re-added to Recruit, their previous InMails and notes will not reappear in the LinkedIn activity view.
📝 Note: The pseudonymization setting in Recruit (if enabled) does not affect LinkedIn InMails or notes.
