The Offers page brings together all offer letter functionalities into a single, unified location, making it easy to create, manage, and track offer letters. This simplifies the process while providing greater control over e-signature integrations.
What’s improved?
All offer letter-related features are consolidated under the Offers section, providing a single place to manage every step of the process. This enhancement eliminates scattered workflows, making the offer letter process more efficient and user-friendly for you and your team.
E-signature integrations
Recruit supports e-signature solutions for finalizing offer letters efficiently. This includes built-in integrations with PandaDoc and DocuSign, enabling candidates to electronically sign offer letters.
Recruit offer letters powered by PandaDoc: Recruit’s PandaDoc integration streamlines offer letter management, letting you easily create and send e-signable documents. Use your preferred document editor, like MS Word or Google Docs, to design offer templates and send them as e-signable documents.
Integration with DocuSign: If your organization uses DocuSign, Recruit integrates with it to offer advanced tools for tracking and managing signed documents. Learn how to integrate your DocuSign account with Recruit.
📝 Note: If you integrate DocuSign, the default PandaDoc integration offered by Recruit is automatically disabled and replaced by DocuSign. All relevant workflow steps across your account are updated accordingly.
Offer letter preferences
The Preferences section allows you to customize the offer letter process, including setting the signing order and deciding whether approval is required before sending the offer to the candidate.
