Getting started is simple—sign up using LinkedIn, email, or your company’s SSO. With Spark Hire Recruit, you’ll collaborate with your team, streamline hiring, and connect with top candidates effortlessly.
When you receive an invitation to create an account, either via email or LinkedIn, click Join your team. This will open a unique link in the Chrome browser.
Select your sign-in preferred method: choose between using your LinkedIn profile or your organization's email address.
We recommend using LinkedIn as it allows you to easily invite new teammates, get and view candidate profiles, and never worry about remembering another username and password.
⚠️ Important: Spark Hire Recruit will never post anything on your behalf without your explicit request and will not share or store your personal information.
If you created an account with LinkedIn and decide that you would like to be able to sign in using your email address and password:
Navigate to the Sign-in page.
Click Forgot password.
Type in the email address associated with your LinkedIn account.
Spark Hire Recruit will recognize that you have not yet created a password and prompt you to Choose a new password for your Recruit account.
💡Tip: If you choose to sign up with an email address, you can always connect your LinkedIn account at a later time.
Set up a password
For security reasons, Spark Hire Recruit does not manage or store the password you set up for the system access. After receiving the invitation email and choosing to sign up with email, you will be prompted to select your password with the following requirements:
Must be at least 8 characters long.
Must contain uppercase and lowercase letters.
Must contain at least one digit and one special character (such as !).
Cannot use your name, 1234, or repeat the same character more than 3 times in a row.
Sign up using SSO
If your company uses the SSO functionality, you will be instructed to use the Sign in with SSO option.
Sign up from Spark Hire Recruit’s website – you will be redirected to sign in on your company’s SSO. If you are already signed up, you will be redirected to Spark Hire Recruit.
Sign in through the list of apps in your organization (from the SSO system).
