An admin guide for integrating your LinkedIn Recruiter account with your organization's Comeet account

Comeet's integration with LinkedIn RSC helps expedite sourcing by allowing recruiters and sources to work seamlessly between LinkedIn and Comeet. To get started, you need to configure the integration in Comeet and then from your LinkedIn account.

Prerequisites and limitations

This integration is available with the following prerequisites and limitations from the LinkedIn side:

  • An Admin role is required to configure the LinkedIn Recruiter Contract.

  • The RSC integration is available on LinkedIn for Recruiter Corporate (including SMB) or Recruiter Professional Service (RPS).

  • LinkedIn RSC isn't supported on Safari. See this LinkedIn page for more info and troubleshooting.

Configure your Comeet account for integration

⚠️ Important: Synced data does not include interview feedback, emails, or comments.

  1. From your avatar at the top right, navigate to Settings > Process > Integrations.

  2. Scroll down and find the LinkedIn section.

  3. Click Integrate and the LinkedIn integration screen will pop up.

  4. Click Configure packages.

  5. The "Select a Contract" screen will load. Click Continue.

  6. The Integrations window will pop up. Click Choose integrations.

  7. Check the box for the Recruiter System Connect package, scroll down to click Save changes, and close the window. You can also configure the ATS-Enabled Reporting and Apply Connect packages as well.

    ⚠️ Note: if you don't see the Recruiter System Connect package, you probably don't have a LinkedIn Recruiter subscription with LinkedIn. Verify this with your point of contact at LinkedIn.

  8. Close the window. The next step of the LinkedIn Integration process will load.

  9. Configure the Recruiter System Connect package based on your organization's needs. For more details, see our overview of the integration options.

    • Show candidates' LinkedIn profiles in Comeet

    • Push position and candidate data from Comeet to LinkedIn

    • Sync InMails and notes from LinkedIn Recruiter to Comeet

  10. Click Save.

Configure the LinkedIn account for integration

After enabling the integration in Comeet, follow the instructions in this section to configure integration from your company's LinkedIn account.

Important: To integrate Comeet and LinkedIn, first configure your integration in Comeet.

  1. Open your LinkedIn Recruiter account.

  2. Click on the avatar menu at the top right and then click Product Settings.

  3. Navigate to Advanced > ATS Integration.

  4. Click Edit next to the Comeet integration.

  5. Adjust the integration configuration for your needs.

    • 1-click export: It's recommended to enable this option to allow recruiters to export candidates from LinkedIn to Comeet.

    • InMail stub profile: This option is required to activate the integration.

  6. Click Save to confirm.

Next steps

After completing the integration on the account level, everyone on the team with a LinkedIn Recruiter seat must connect their personal LinkedIn Recruiter seat to Comeet. This will ensure they gain access on LinkedIn to the same positions and candidates as they do in Comeet.

FAQs

What can I do if I get the “No company ID found for viewer account” error?

The “No company ID found for viewer account” error comes from LinkedIn and can only be fixed by LinkedIn support.

If this issue occurs, reach out to Comeet at support@comeet.co including your LinkedIn contract ID in the body of the email. Comeet will contact LinkedIn to resolve the issue, which usually takes one to two days. We will keep you updated and notify you once the issue is fixed.
