Role: OwnerAdminIT manager

Namely is a cloud-based human capital management (HCM) platform designed for mid-sized businesses, offering integrated tools for HR, payroll, benefits administration, time tracking, and performance management.

Its intuitive interface enables employees to manage their information, such as time-off requests and benefits enrollment, while providing HR teams with centralized access to employee data, compliance tools, and customizable reporting. Namely supports seamless onboarding, goal setting, and performance reviews, and offers integrations with other third-party systems.

Configure the integration

  1. Log in to Namely with your company credentials and navigate to Admin > API.

  2. In the name field, enter Recruit and click Create. Copy the token.

  3. In Recruit, from your avatar at the top right, select Settings > Process > Integrations.

  4. Scroll down to Talent Management and find Namely in the list.

  5. Click Integrate and fill in your company name as it appears in Namely.

  6. Paste the token in the Token field.

  7. If your company uses the Namely Onboarding feature, activate this option by checking the “Start onboarding new employees in Namely” box.

  8. To support internal mobility, Recruit lets you skip creating a new profile for someone already employed at your company.

    • To allow this, check Allow users who hire to choose not to create new employee profiles in Namely.

  9. Click Activate.

Working with the Namely integration

After enabling Namely, when a candidate’s status is changed to Hired in Recruit, a new employee profile is created in Namely with the following details:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email (required)

  • Resume

  • Profile photo

  • Phone

  • Mobile phone

  • Position

  • Start date
