Integration with Spark Hire

Have candidates self-record video answers to your interview questions

Updated over a week ago

Plan: Starter Ultimate Enterprise

Role: All teammates who can schedule interviews

Prerequisites: An Admin role in the Spark Hire account

With this integration, both your Comeet and your Spark Hire experience just got even better. This powerful alliance brings you a seamless and efficient way to supercharge your hiring process. Here's how:

  • Uncover more about your candidates in a fraction of the time by having them self-record video answers to your interview questions.

  • Dive into one-way video interviews at your convenience.

  • Allow candidates to respond to your interview questions on their own time, helping you keep the hiring process moving smoothly.

  • Share recorded video interviews with your hiring managers and make informed choices together.

Plus, with the Spark Hire integration, you gain control. This integration allows you to create text or video-based questions tailored to your specific needs, limit the time candidates have to think before responding, manage the number of takes allowed for each question, and set restrictions on the maximum answer length.
