Integrate HRMarket into your hiring process to source top talent

HRMarket is a technological sourcing platform that facilitates connections between organizations seeking talents and quality placement providers. HRMarket aims to streamline recruitment processes, remove barriers, and enhance efficiency by allowing parties to select partners and roles that best suit their needs.

Configure the integration

Activate the integration

  1. From your avatar at the top right, navigate to Settings > Process > Integrations.

  2. Scroll to Sourcing Tools and find HRMarket.

  3. Click Integrate.

  4. Select which positions HRMarket will have access to: All, all non-discreet, or only published positions, and click Allow access.

  5. Click Copy API key and Save.

  6. Navigate to your HRMarket account, locate the config settings for the integration with Comeet, and paste the API key in the right field.

Create and manage templates

When communicating with HR Market and requesting candidate information, it's essential to include the Comeet candidate ID. This ID serves as a unique identifier for each candidate across both systems.

To ensure the ID is consistently included in all communications with HRMarket, you must add it in two specific places: Auto Templates and Custom Templates.

Auto Templates

  1. From your avatar at the top right, navigate to Templates. Alternatively, click on the Templates tab at the top of the page.

  2. From Auto Templates on the left side menu, click the To sources dropdown, and choose the Request candidate details template.

  3. Include the Candidate ID attribute in the subject line of the email by clicking Insert attribute at the bottom and selecting Candidate ID from the list. If you also include another attribute, such as the candidate's name, make sure to separate them with a comma.

  4. Click Save.

📝 Note: Changes made to this template, including the Candidate ID attribute, will automatically apply to all communication with agencies whenever this template is used. If you prefer adding the candidate ID in another way, you can include it anywhere you wish in the subject line or the body of the message and HRMarket will be able to extract this information.

Custom Templates

  1. From Custom Templates on the left side menu, click the For everyone in company dropdown, and click ➕ add company templates.

  2. Edit the new template:

    1. Name the template HRMarket communication so everyone knows this is the template they need to use when communicating with HRMarket.

    2. Set the recipient to Candidate source.

    3. Add a subject line including the Candidate Full Name and Candidate ID attributes.

    4. Include the Candidate Source Name attribute in the body of the email.

  3. Click Save.

Communicate with HRMarket

When reaching out to HRMarket, it's important to use the templates created in the previous step.

  1. To use the HRMarket templates, go to the profile of the candidate who was recently added via HRMarket and for whom you need more details.

    1. If you want to request more candidate details: On the candidate activity log, click Email > Email source > Request candidate details. You’ll see the candidate ID in the subject line of the email:

    2. For any other communication with HRMarket: On the candidate activity log, click Email > Email source and select the recently created template, HRMarket communication.

  2. Edit the body of the email as necessary and click Send.
