Automatically create a new employee in HiBob when you hire a candidate

Prerequisites: Have admin permissions in HiBob

Bob is a people management platform that helps fast-growing companies attract, excite, and retain their people through data-driven HR tools.

Configure integration

  1. In Bob, go to Settings > Integrations > Recruitment integration. 

  2. Create a key & webhook.

  3. In Comeet, from your avatar at the top right, navigate to Settings > Process > Integrations. 

  4. Scroll down to find Click Integrate and paste the webhook and key.

  5. Click Activate.

Working with the Bob integration

Role: Recruiters Recruiting coordinators

A new employee profile is created in Bob automatically for each candidate whose status is updated to Hired in Comeet.

The list of mapped fields is sent to Bob. To verify which details are used in your Bob account, contact your representative at HiBob.
